ESSE was hired to launch Actor Topher Grace’s media site, Cereal Prize.
Cereal Prize is a pop-culture enthusiast heaven for recuts films, Hollywood insider clips, and never before seen material. Rivaling a “BuzzFeed” media genre, ESSE’s task was not just to expose the site but set it apart for its unique spin as a celebrity authored media source and something that could ultimately bring fans closer to the celebrity world.
The media ate it up. From Entertainment Tonight, to Hollywood Reporter, Entertainment Weekly, Just Jared, Perez Hiltion, Mashable, TheWrap, Huffington Post, USA Today, the list goes on, all naming Cereal Prize to set the tone for the future of celebrity driven content.
ESSE didn’t stop there, we knew to make it stick we had to get in with the “geek” media. We worked with Mr. Grace to develop exclusive content for sci- fi and film specific blogs. Cereal Prize quickly gained a reputation and fan favorite recognition among various niche media with more than 1.4 billion impressions in month one.
